1. Return Eligibility At Royal Linen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy under the following conditions:

Timeframe: You must initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items Certain situations where refunds are not granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that has been washed or used (Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used bedding).

Sale items (Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless defective).
3. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a defective or damaged product (e.g., torn fabric, wrong color, or stitching issues), please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.

Note: Please make a short video while opening the parcel (Unboxing Video) as proof. This helps us process your claim quickly.

We will replace the defective item free of cost.
4. Color Disclaimer Please note that actual colors may vary slightly from the images shown on the website due to lighting during photography and different screen settings. Slight color variations are not considered defects.
5. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed. We typically offer refunds via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

Time: Please allow 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
6. Shipping Costs

For Defective Items: Royal Linen will bear the shipping cost.

For "Change of Mind": If you simply wish to return a product because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
